Job Details

Responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations associated with the team sport, the College and NJCAA. He/she has primary responsibility for assisting the Head Coach in recruiting and coaching eligible players, organizing, implementing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the team sport and for attending practices and games.

• Coaching experience;
• Knowledge of good practice pertaining to sport techniques, rules and regulations;
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, organizational ability and effective teaching/coaching skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team and build team relationships;
• Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population;
• Previous experience working with girls / women basketball athletes preferred;
• Previous playing experience preferred at the varsity level.

Salary: $10/hr. @ 15/hrs week

Hiring two positions. Pay: maximum (depending on experience) $2,100 lump sum, (may be divided into installments.)
